Season 1:

Are you serious?

Clue #1:
The miser, poor fool, not only starves his body, but also his own soul.
- Theodore Parker

Clue #2: The requisite dumb blonde.

Clue #3: It's that time of year... or so some say.

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?
James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: It's a pleasure.

I made myself sit down and watch TNOT Whirring Death. Jim says the line to Dr Loveless after the little wizard announces that he plans to run for governor of California! (Well, there have been plenty of politicians who were/are crooks to one degree or another, but I can't think of any who were convicted criminals before running for office.)

Lady Beatrice to Jim after she encounters him in the Prince's room, in TNO Two-Legged Buffalo. (Wild guess.)

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?
James: Thanks, Artie.

Oh! The Eccentrics! (Unless there was another Markham??)

Actually, I think it's when J&A show up and find the door locked, so they BOTH light tiny flamethrowers to light a single fuse. (And Jim's is so overpowered, Artie flinches away from it. I love that bit.)

I think there is another episode where an agent named Markham has some bad luck of some sort but I can't remember for sure right now.

In any case, you are right! Your turn.

Ok, here we go:

Season 3
A healthy percentage, my sweet, and don't you forget it.

And I'll go ahead and add this:

Clue the first:
Artie's first disguise of the episode is one of his most delightful (in my opinion), but the second features a horrible bald wig. *shudder*
